COCKTAILS

GIN & TONIC

* 4cl Bareksten Botanical Gin

* A few coriander leaves

* Two cherry tomatoes halved

* Topped up with 15 cl Bareksten Premium Tonic Water

* Lots of ice

 

 

DRY MARTINI:

* 10 cl Bareksten Botanical gin (straight from the freezer)

* 2 cl dry vermouth

* Stirred with ice

* Served with a lemon zest

 

 

NEGRONI

* 3 cl Bareksten Botanical gin

* 3 cl Campari

* 3 cl sweet vermouth (rosso)

* Build all the ingredients in a rocks/Old-Fashioned glass 

* Decorate with an orange zest

 

 

GIN GIMLET

* 4 cl Bareksten Botanical gin

* 3 cl freshly squeezed lime juice 

* 3 cl lime cordial (Rose’s Lime)

* Shake all the ingredients; pour into a cooled cocktail/coupe glass 

* Decorate with a lime wheel

 

 

FRENCH 75

* 4 cl Bareksten Botanical gin

* 2 cl freshly squeezed lemon juice 

* 1.5 cl syrup

* Shake the ingredients; pour into a champagne glass 

* Top up with champagne

 

 

THE CLOVER CLUB

* 4 cl Bareksten Botanical gin

* 1.5 cl syrup

* 2 cl freshly squeezed lemon juice

* 1 cl raspberry syrup (or 2-3 fresh raspberries) 

* Egg white from one egg

* Shake first without ice, and then with 

* Serve in a cooled coupe/cocktail glass
